On the days my mom has to work, she really appreciates having the option of just popping one of the Doing Dinner meals into the oven without having to go to all the prep work. She also has enjoyed them when having company over. Instead of spending her time in the kitchen preparing a meal (and all the other stress that comes from pulling together a meal for visitors), she gets to relax and enjoy the time with her company.

"I picked up some "grab & go" enchiladas the other night for dinner, and I just wanted to let you now how fantastic they were.

A friend was at our house helping my husband work on the boat, so I wanted something easy and yummy to fix. The enchiladas were very, very yummy, and you can't get any easier than popping the tray in the oven. I will definitely try some other "grab & go" meals."
