We have switched our concept to an all pickup service. Over 80% of our business was being pre-assembled for pickup service. We were finding it more difficult to keep up with the demand for this quick and convenient service. By converting our operation to pickup only, we will be able to offer a wider monthly selection of meals and be better able to service the demand for this growing need in our community.
Although self-assembly has been a feature enjoyed by many of our customers, we feel that the enhanced service we will be able to provide will be a welcome addition to our customer base as a whole. We are excited about the direction we are taking in an effort to play an even more vital roll in this mealtime segment of our busy and hectic society.
